Indira is a Leadership Coach, Corporate Trainer, and Facilitator. Her practice centers around providing leadership coaching and training to C-Suite executives, middle managers, and first-time managers within organizations across a variety of industries. Indira has provided leadership training to over 700 leaders in 2018 at organizations including New York City Transit, Shiseido, Oracle, ConEdison, Custom Ink, TIAA Bank, A&E Network, Shutterstock, PTC Therapeutics and Burberry. Indira has also delivered one on one coaching to leaders in Facebook, Google, Salesforce, Workday, Southern California Edison, TED & Goldman Sachs among others.
Before becoming a coach, Indira spent the early part of her career in Financial Services working as a trading desk controller at Goldman Sachs and later Jefferies & Co. Indira left financial services to co-lead a for-benefit, e-commerce startup working with women artisans globally as Director of Finance and Operations. Her work with artisans ignited her passion for personal and professional development. She became a Certified Professional Coactive Coach and opened her leadership coaching practice in 2013.
Senior Video Producer, Discovery Digital Studios
Laura Eshelman is a video producer, podcaster and writer based in New York City. She currently works as a senior producer at Discovery Networks creating branded content for Food Network, HGTV, Travel Channel and TLC. She’s created videos for brands such as Land Rover, Doubletree, Google, Spotify, Target, and Kraft, among others. Previous to her work at Discovery, she led the branded video rollout at Mashable.
Laura is creator and host of the podcast Kick Ass in Life to help recent grads and others get hired fast, be smart with money and be happier and healthier. Earlier this year Laura released her first ebook on Amazon, “Kick Ass in Your Career.”
Laura is an active member of the Producer’s Guild and WICT and is a past president of the Mizzou NYC Alumni Association. She takes every opportunity to connect with the great outdoors with routine camping trips in the Catskills, hikes in the Hudson River Valley and bike rides to the beach.
Multiplatform Programming Strategy Director, AMC Networks
Jennifer Moon is the Director of Multiplatform Programming Strategy at AMC Networks, windows top-rated series, such as The Walking Dead, inside streaming and on-demand environments. Her group helps fans watch their favorite shows where and when they want. In this role, Jen collaborates with AMCN’s digital teams as they expand brand presence for a suite of TV networks across a range of new products.
She is proud to be co-chair of AMCN’s inaugural WOMEN’s employee resource group, which actively empowers female employees to achieve their full career potential. In 2011, she co-founded AMC’s Culture Committee, an internal organization focusing on professional development and brand awareness. She served as the Executive Chair for three years.
Jennifer graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in theatre. After years as a professional actor, she transitioned to the business of media. Most recently, she attended CTAM’s Executive Management program at Harvard Business School.
A member of WICT since 2010, Jennifer has participated in several of their leadership programs including the Executive Development Seminar, Mentoring Circle and Prime Access Mentor Program.
