COO, Music Choice
Christina Tancredi is the Chief Operating Officer of Music Choice, a multifaceted digital music service that reaches millions of consumers nationwide through television, mobile app and web. Ms. Tancredi oversees operating functions at Music Choice, including distribution sales, programming, advertising, marketing, creative and product development. Her insight has helped build the brand and establish Music Choice as one of the most used outlets for music in the United States. Recently, she was instrumental in the launch of Music Choice in 19 million homes on DirecTV.
Tancredi joined Music Choice in its early development stages in 1989 and was among the initial group of people who developed the idea for a digital music service broadcast by cable TV providers. Today, Music Choice’s free On-Demand music service and music channels are available in over 65 million U.S. homes with homes using the channels an average of 20 hours a week.
As COO, Tancredi co-piloted the development and promotion of Music Choice ‘Enhanced TV,’ which ties together the brand’s ad-free music channels, music videos, artist interviews and original content in an all-in-one total music experience. She also leads Music Choice’s commitment to growing emerging artists through label partnerships, which included hosting showcases for rising new talent like Republic Records artists Jeremy Zucker and Duckwrth, and Island Records artists Jessie Reyez and Dean Lewis.
Tancredi earned a bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from Temple University.
Executive Creative Director, Cause + Effect Productions
Bex Schwartz is an award-winning Executive Creative Director, writer/director, and social media maven. She started her television career at VH1 and quickly worked up to becoming the director of the on-air promos department. In 2005, she was part of the team hand-picked to launch Logo TV. Bex also served as the in-house creative for MTV Games’ on air work, directing and creating all of the cross-Viacom content for multiple Rock Band campaigns. Before jumping to the vendor side, she was a creative director at Nickelodeon.
Bex writes and directs and does multi-platform strategy and execution for a variety of clients across the media landscape (linear, digital, OTT, you name it). She used to be on tv a lot as a “pop culture expert” talking head. Bex comes from the theatre/comedy world and loves working with talent (especially celebrities) to craft the perfect performance.
Sari Pollack is an award-winning marketing professional known for driving awareness and revenue by delivering break-through-the-clutter sales and marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and editorial.
Sari launched her consulting practice in 2016 and has worked with global entertainment brands, co-led the marketing creative for WICT NY’s Executive Women’s Luncheon, impacted editorial content, and brokered relationships for a marquee non-profit event. Prior to launching her consulting practice, Sari was Manager, Client Solutions and Integrated Marketing with AMC. While there, she created and developed business-to-business initiatives driving revenue and increasing awareness for critically-acclaimed original programming including the #1 show on television The Walking Dead, Mad Men, and Breaking Bad, among others. A CTAM Gold Mark Award winner for her work at AMC, Sari earned her MBA in Marketing from Hofstra University. She is a graduate of the Women in Cable Telecommunications Rising Leader Program, and serves as a Marketing and Communications co-chair for WICT NY.
