Join WICT NY for a Holistic Happy Hour at MNDFL, New York City’s premier meditation studio! This year’s theme for WICT NY is, “Mindfulness Matters – Build your best life” and we are supporting this theme, by hosting a meditation session and networking event at MNDFL.
It’s no secret that the benefits of meditation have long been acknowledged by medical physicians, scientists, influential executives and CEOs, as an important tool for their optimal success and well-being. Medical studies have also found evidence of meditation’s many benefits, including:

When does meditation begin?
The mediation will begin at 6:30pm, so please arrive early, if possible.
What should I wear for the meditation class?
MNDFL has no specific dress code, however we suggest wearing something you feel comfortable to sit in, as you will be sitting on the floor. Please note that we will ask to remove your shoes at the door, bring your favorite cozy socks or feel free to go barefoot. Suits or skirts are also welcome.
What will I sit on in class?
MNDFL exists to make meditation accessible to everyone. With that in mind, we have chairs, two types of cushions (zafus and gomdens), and backjacks (for extra back support) for you to choose from. We also have blankets for extra comfort.
