Director of Content Acquisition and Business Development, Roku
Regina Breslin joined Roku as Director of Content Acquisition and Business Development in October 2018. In this role, she negotiates license agreements with top partners such as Disney, NBC, Fox, HBO/WarnerMedia, NFL and Viacom.
Prior to joining Roku, Breslin was Vice President of Content Distribution at Univision Communications where she was responsible for negotiating retransmission consent agreements as well as new media agreements for Univision NOW, the direct to consumer service. Prior to joining Univision, Breslin spent 16 years with the Walt Disney Company including roles in Content Distribution, where she was responsible for negotiating complex distribution agreements across the Disney, ABC and ESPN portfolio of broadcast, kids and sports content.
VP of Business Development, Tubi
Andrea Clarke-Hall leads Business Development for Tubi, the world’s largest free movie and TV streaming service. Andrea is responsible for negotiating Tubi’s content acquisition deals, building a content library of over 12,000 titles, and most recently launching Tubi’s partnership with NBCUniversal. Andrea also leads Tubi’s app distribution deals, including their deal with Comcast Xfinity, where Tubi was the third streaming app available on the cable service after Netflix and YouTube.
Prior to joining Tubi, Andrea managed Global Business Development for Sony Pictures’ Crackle. She also served as an Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn, New York for six years where she litigated and tried major racketeering and economic fraud cases.
Andrea is a JD/MBA. She received her MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, her law degree from St. John’s University School of Law, and her Bachelors from the New York University Stern School of Business.

Carolyn Kang is a Strategic Business Development Manager on Google’s Platforms & Ecosystems Partnerships team where she works with some of Google’s largest Media & Entertainment partners to distribute their services across Android, Chrome and Google Play. Throughout her six year tenure with Google, Carolyn’s been focused on advancing Google’s strategy to support the growth of premium digital content distribution and consumption across Google surfaces. Prior to joining Google, Carolyn held Corporate Development and Strategy roles at MRC Studios and Warner Bros., in addition to working as a Strategy Consultant for The Boston Consulting Group.
