Director, Domestic Network Distribution at HBO Global
Shaina currently holds the position of Director, Domestic Network Distribution at the world’s leading premium TV brand, HBO. She currently leads a team that maximizes subscriber and revenue opportunities with top MSO cable distribution partners, while managing a portfolio of accounts representing over $1B in annual revenue. Shaina specializes in account management strategy, builds meaningful affiliate partnerships and engages her team via continuous learning and professional development.
Prior to joining HBO in 2007, Shaina began her career at bespoke jewelry designer, Taffin, learning the unique and delicate work of managing luxury client relationships. Having studied theater, film, and television at UCLA, Shaina continues to apply her passion for the arts within her role at HBO, as well as at her community theater in Cranford, NJ, where she resides with her husband and two children.
Director, Consumer Insights & Analytics, Starz
Dominique is a strategic visionary and communications strategist with a passion for data storytelling and relationship building. Getting to the bottom of the WHY consumers make the decisions they do is her passion. Connecting the dots and providing those insights is her purpose. She possesses 10 years of Qualitative and Quantitative Media Research across Linear, Digital, VOD and OTT Platforms. Dominique currently leads the Consumer Insights & Analytics team at Starz Entertainment. Her team specializes in going beyond what the data trends tell them about their customer base by providing a voice to the numbers. In addition, she is an active member of various industry organizations such as the ARF, NAMIC, WICT and T-Howard Foundation.
VP, Digital Marketing & Engagement, Showtime Networks
Moira is Vice President, Digital Marketing & Engagement at Showtime Networks, overseeing digital marketing campaigns and partnerships, social marketing, digital CRM and multi-platform content for the network’s original series, documentaries, and specials. Prior to Showtime, Curran led Digital Marketing at CBS Television Distribution, supporting CTD’s linear television shows, digital publishing businesses and an internal production agency, CBS Brand Studio. She also spent 10 years at Meredith Xcelerated Marketing (MXM), leading a team that operated as social media agency of record for NBC, AMC, and Freeform/ABC Family, among other entertainment partners. She holds a BA in Communications from Loyola University in Maryland and an MA in Music Business from New York University.
President and Founder, Lee Consulting Services (LCS)
Gloria H. Lee is passionate about how technology can transform the media business, having worked at the cross-section of the two industries for over 15 years. Gloria is the President and Founder of Lee Consulting Services (LCS) – a management consulting firm that specializes in the media and technology industries.
Prior to her role at LCS, Gloria served as Senior Director of Business Development for Endeavor Streaming, an end-to-end online video services provider whose clients include the NBA, NFL, National Geographic, Univision and other major media sports and media companies.
Before Endeavor Streaming, Gloria was Director of Global Digital for Miramax, where she provided strategic guidance and support to international digital and television sales teams in distributing the Miramax film library. She helped to guide and inform all aspects of the deal lifecycle, including global deal structuring and negotiation for clients including Netflix, Hulu and Amazon.
Prior to Miramax, Gloria worked as Director of Distribution Strategy and Development for Fox Networks Group, where she was responsible for developing and implementing content distribution strategies for the Fox Networks portfolio (35+ linear TV channels and online assets) and assessing the impact of new technologies on the pay TV business model. Gloria spent the first seven years of her career as a technology consultant with Accenture and Deloitte, working primarily with media companies.
Gloria currently serves as Founding President of Asian Americans in Media (AIM) and Director-at-Large for Women in Cable Telecommunications’ New York chapter (WICT NY). Previous nonprofit leadership roles include: President, Penn Club of Los Angeles and Founding President, University of Pennsylvania Asian Alumni Network.
Gloria graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and a Master of Government Administration. She also earned her MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. Her interests include cycling, snowboarding and cooking. She speaks Korean and Spanish.
