WICT NY Programs
We know our members value opportunities to connect with one another so throughout the year we host several Mixers to bring them together in a relaxed social setting. These evenings are open to our members and some also welcome non-members interested in learning more about the New York Chapter. The year always kicks off with a Winter Membership Mixer and ends with the Chapter Holiday Party.
This interactive program provides an effective networking and learning forum between senior industry leaders and attendees. Topical discussions are facilitated around the event’s subject matter, allowing individuals to interact with peers, share stories and experiences, and learn from others across many disciplines. Past topics have included From Doing to Delegating, Executive Presence, Sponsorship as a Key to Advancement and Accelerating Your Influence, The Power of Positivity and Prioritize your Productivity.
Our Skills for Success workshops are designed to get us inspired and teach us something new. Past events have focused on hard skills such as negotiating and budgeting, and our most recent events provided guidance on Navigating Your Career Path Fearlessly, Mastering the Art of Storytelling for Business, The Power of Networking, and Leveraging LinkedIn.
