The WICT Network: NY Chapter’s COACHING CATALYST Program is offering a select group of senior women executives in the NY Chapter the opportunity to receive FREE professional executive coaching — a confidential, high-impact partnership designed to help you to fully become the leader you’re meant to be.

Through this high-value ONE-ONE-ONE coaching experience, you will:

  • Expand — your competitive advantage.

  • Deepen your self-awareness — refine your understanding of your leadership strengths, values, and impact.

  • Identify what may be holding you back — uncover subtle barriers or blind spots that can limit growth or visibility.

  • Reimagine your next chapter — clarify what’s next for you as a leader, architect, and change agent.

  • Co-create a strategic plan — design actionable pathways to achieve your personal, professional and organizational goals.

  • Enhance your executive presence — strengthen influence, communication, and confidence in high-stakes environments.

    • Commitment to 10 x 1-hour coaching sessions 

    • Completion of the application, resume and one letter of recommendation

    • Active membership in The WICT Network: NY Chapter as an Executive Member

    • Title at the EVP, SVP or VP level

    • 10 x 1-hour coaching sessions

    • The program runs Mid-March through October 2026

    • Applications will be accepted through February 6, 2026

    • The Committee will evaluate the applications and select final participants by early March 2026

    • Selection Process:  After careful consideration by the committee, the selected individuals will participate in a “speed coaching” session where they will have an opportunity to briefly meet the professional executive coaches and determine which coach fits best.   

    • The Executive Coaches:  Participating coaches bring an impressive history of supporting professionals in career strategy and leadership.  Along with elite academic experience and authorship, they are experts in listening, observing and co-creating unique paths according to client needs. Coaches will provide support, focus and resources in order to assist individuals in goal achievement and enhanced skills. 

    • Program Wrap-Up + Graduation:  The WICT Network: NY will host an event for the participants and coaches at the program’s conclusion.
