Mentorship Program: Prime Access

Inspiring, motivating and encouraging future leaders!

A unique one-to-one mentoring opportunity for 12 rising leaders to be paired with mentors who can help guide them to achieve their specific goals.

  • MENTEES:

    Active Members at the Senior Manager or Director levels with 7 -10 years experience

    Completed application and one letter of recommendation

    MENTORS:

    A senior media, entertainment or technology industry executive with time to devote to your mentee on a monthly basis.

  • - Approximately 8 months from March to October.

    - Mentees commit to one to two meetings per month with your Mentor.

    - Numerous group learning sessions over the course of the program.

  • - Facilitated informational workshops throughout the program.

    - The WICT Network: New York reference tools with recommended discussion topics, career management approaches and other materials.

    - Networking events to provide opportunities to meet other mentors and mentees from current and past program years.

    - Meaningful connections with respected senior executives.

    - Essential industry knowledge and practical “survival” tips.

    - Managerial skills development.

    - Reinforcement of existing talents and strengths.

  • Mentor/Mentee pairings are carefully matched. Mentees work with their mentors to define a specific career-oriented goal at the onset of the program, and develop a plan to achieve that goal during their time together.
